2. Services Overview
Yoppi provides AI-enhanced tools, templates, plugins, hosting integration, backups, and support for WordPress-based websites. While the platform is built upon WordPress infrastructure, all built workflows, automation and user data handling are part of Yoppi’s proprietary environment.
3. Account Registration & Security
- You must create an account with a valid email, name, and secure password.
- You are responsible for updating your password and preventing unauthorized access.
- Notify us immediately of any account misuse.
- At deletion request, we will remove your data within a defined retention timeframe, except where laws require longer storage.
4. Fees & Billing
- Certain features require a subscription plan.
- Fees are billed in advance (monthly or annually) and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Plans automatically renew unless cancelled at least 30 days before expiry.
- Pricing updates will be communicated with at least 30 days’ notice.
5. Content Ownership & Licenses
- Your Content: You retain full rights to text, images, and other materials you upload or generate.
- Platform License: You grant us a non-exclusive license to use, store, and manage your content solely to run and improve the service.
- Aggregated Data: We may anonymize usage metrics for analytics and internal improvements; rights for such data belong exclusively to Yoppi.
6. Data Collection & Usage
We collect the following to operate and improve our services:
- Account data: Name, email, encrypted password
- Usage analytics: IP address, browser/device data, plugin usage, site performance logs
- Backups & content: Optional site files and databases, with your consent
- Support interactions: Emails, helpdesk tickets, chat transcripts
Payment information is processed externally via Stripe, PayPal, or equivalent; Yoppi does not retain credit card data.
7. Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies and similar tech for authentication, user preferences, analytics (e.g. Google Analytics), and service improvement.
You may disable non-essential cookies via your browser settings, but this might reduce functionality.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Our liability is capped at the total fees you paid within the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or third-party damages.
14. Modifications to Terms & Policy
Yoppi may update these Terms or Privacy Policy as needed. Material updates will be communicated via email and/or dashboard alerts. Your continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of changes.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
